Alberto Pamias

Alberto is a Senior Managing Director based in the firm’s headquarters in Dubai. Alberto brings with him over 20 years of management consulting experience in the telecommunications and technology industries. He has advised leading telecoms, media and tech (TMT) companies across their entire life cycle and his expertise covers many regions including South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS countries and Asia.

Alberto’s involvement in numerous client assignments in both developed and emerging markets includes corporate and growth strategy, business transformation, due diligence/M&A, marketing and sales strategies, operations and network strategy for both incumbents and challengers. Alberto’s engagement in client projects often involves temporarily taking-over complete CXO responsibilities, driving the whole process from strategy conceptualisation to large scale implementation.

Alberto started his career in AT Kearney and before joining Delta Partners, he worked at Oliver Wyman (then Diamond Cluster) for more than 10 years and was a Managing Partner in a number of geographies where he drove the firm’s expansion into Eastern Europe, Russia, CIS countries and Asia.

Alberto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Master of Science in Microwave Antennas and Propagation from Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona. He also received an MBA from IESE, Spain. Alberto is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
