Garazi Goia

Garazi is a Senior Managing Director in Delta Partners’ London office. Garazi brings extensive expertise from the industry, having been at the forefront of market-leading changes for more than 20 years and holding senior roles at organizations like the BBC and Sky. Her career has been primarily focused on business development, strategy, and transformation in commercial areas across different business verticals such as TV and radio broadcast, over-the-top (“OTT”) and subscription video-on-demand (“SVOD”) players, pay TV and free-to-air (“FTA”) TV platforms, content distribution and customer service.

Garazi advises corporate clients and private equity institutions on corporate and portfolio strategy, new business development and monetization, international expansion, digital transformation, due diligence, operating model transformation, and operational improvement. She has a significant track record of leading big transformations and managing relationships with shareholders, content providers, studios, broadcasters, policymakers, and consumer device manufacturers. Garazi has influenced major OTT and streaming business decisions, including consolidation, international expansion, and scaling opportunities, and brings an understanding of the OTT/SVOD value chain.

Before joining Delta Partners, Garazi held Board Directorship at the UK’s main non-subscription TV platforms Freeview, Freesat, Digital UK, and Youview.

Garazi is an active contributor to women in leadership activities and is a qualified leadership coach. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and Basque and conversational in French.
