Dimitrios Stratos

Dimitrios Stratos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Dimitrios started their career as a PC & Network Technician at Computer Shop in 2003 and then worked as a Sales Agent at an Optician & Eyewear Shop from 2006 to 2008. Dimitrios then joined Vodafone Greece as a Shop Manager & Internet Specialist from 2008 to 2015. Dimitrios then transitioned to the hotel industry, working at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. Dimitrios held roles such as IT Supporter from 2015 to 2018, Cluster IT Coordinator from 2018 to 2020, and IT Manager East Switzerland from 2019 to 2020. Dimitrios then moved to Accor, where they served as the Information Technology Portfolio Manager Switzerland from 2020 to 2021 and later as the Customer Technology Services Manager for Accor Northern Europe from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Technology Hotels at FTI Group, starting in 2022.

Dimitrios Stratos completed a certification in Digital Transformation - Masterclass from Udemy E-Learning Business School in 2022. In 2020, they obtained certifications in ITIL Foundation v4 from VMEdu - MyITstudy and Negotiation Associate NCN-A from VMEdu - NGstudy. In 2019, they received a diploma of Network and Server Support - Comptia N+ from Migros Business School. In 2014, they obtained an Apple Product Professional 2014 certification from Apple Certifications. Dimitrios also completed a Diploma of Education in Computer Systems and Network Engineering from IEK-TOMI Business School in 2007-2008, and a Diploma of Education in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the same school in 2001-2004.
