Martin Ewald

Martin Ewald has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Martin currently holds the role of Director Business Unit Meat at Fuchs Gruppe since August 2019. Prior to that, they were an International Business-Manager Food Cultures at Frutarom Savory Solutions GmbH from June 2017 to August 2019. Martin also worked as a Sales Engineer in the meat industry at Chr. Hansen Holding A/S from April 2013 to May 2017. Additionally, they gained experience as a Sales Manager in the food retailing industry at VAN HEES GmbH from February 2012 to March 2013 and as a Sales Assistant at the same company from July 2011 to February 2012.

Martin Ewald completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2003, they attended Business College Berlin, where they graduated with a degree in Master Butcher in 2005. Following that, from 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts. Then, they furthered their education at the same university from 2008 to 2011, earning a Master of Science degree in Food Science. Concurrently, in 2009 and 2010, they attended Chalmers University of Technology for Business Administration and Management studies, although they did not complete a specific degree program in that field.
