Gregory Moulton

Gregory Moulton is an accomplished executive management consultant currently serving at Fuel Consulting, LLC since March 2021 and as the founder and CEO of Intelysis Consulting, LLC since May 2017. With extensive experience in various roles within US Government Agencies from 2005 to 2017, Gregory held positions such as Director of the Office of Analytic Production and Dissemination and Deputy Director of the Mission Integration Division. Educationally, Gregory Moulton earned a Master's degree in Economics and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Economics from the University of Iowa, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Wartburg College.
