Hilary Shanahan - Scharneck

Hilary Shanahan-Scharneck is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development and education. Currently serving as the Director of Business Development at Fuel Sales Academy since April 2022, Hilary manages a national sales development representative team, overseeing recruitment, training, and support, while launching and selling multiple unique products. Prior to this role, Hilary worked in education, including positions as a Special Education Teacher at Brighton High School and Charlestown High School, where responsibilities included delivering tailored learning experiences and collaborating with general education teachers. At EDISON K8, Hilary developed curriculum for diverse learners and created an inclusive classroom environment. Hilary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Africana Studies from Vassar College and a Master’s degree in Moderate Special Needs from Lesley University.
