Jaclyn Baker began their work experience in 2006 as a Regional Sales Manager for the Washington Capitals. Jaclyn worked in this role until 2009 when they transitioned to a Sales Manager position at the Washington Freedom. During their time there, they were promoted to Sr. Account Executive after only five months and implemented various strategies to increase revenue and build relationships with key prospects and sponsors. In 2010, Jaclyn joined Monumental Sports & Entertainment as a Sales Manager, eventually becoming a Sr. Sales Manager for the Washington Capitals. Jaclyn generated over $754,000 in sales and was the only Regional Sales All-Star to consistently hit revenue goals during the NHL lockout. From 2021, Jaclyn has been working at The St. James, initially as a Sports Business Development Manager and currently as the Director of Sports Business Development.
