Patrick Zeifert

Patrick Zeifert has a diverse work experience in engineering roles. Patrick currently works as a Project Engineer at Fuel Tech, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Application Engineer at MTH Pumps from 2020 to 2022, where they were responsible for sizing, selection, and sales of pumps for various industries. Patrick also obtained ISO certification and worked on environmental improvement projects. Earlier in their career, Patrick worked at Primera Engineers as a Mechanical Engineer II from 2017 to 2020, where they focused on building design, commissioning work, and mechanical maintenance. Patrick started their engineering career as an intern at Primera Engineers, where they gained experience in HVAC and piping design. Before that, they worked as a Technical Support Intern at the University of Illinois Chicago.

Patrick Zeifert earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Patrick later pursued further education at the College of DuPage, specializing in Electro-Mechanical Technology with a focus on Programmable Logic Controllers in Automation starting from 2022. In addition to their formal education, Patrick also obtained several certifications, including KAIZEN Leadership Development Training from the Valley Industrial Association of Illinois in October 2021, LEED Green Associate certification from Green Business Certification, Inc. in April 2018, and FE-Mechanical certification from NCEES in March 2017.
