Danielle, PHR, SHRM-CP, MBA, LSSGB, SDEI has a diverse and extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Their most recent position is as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at FuelCell Energy, starting in March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Inline Plastics Corp. as the Corporate and Plant Human Resources Manager from May 2017 to March 2022. From March 2014 to May 2017, Danielle served as a Human Resources Business Partner at ClarkDietrich Building Systems. Danielle, began their career at Omnicare, where they worked as a Human Resources Manager from August 2006 to March 2014.
Danielle has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Post University, where they studied Organizational Leadership from 2010 to 2013. Danielle, also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Development and Family Studies, General from the University of Connecticut, which they completed from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, Danielle has obtained several certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2012 and the Strategic Diversity Equity and Inclusion Certification (SDEI) from the Human Capital Institute in 2022. Danielle, also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) certification from Inline Plastics Corp in 2018 and a Change Management Specialist (CMS) certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2014. Danielle is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
