Karen van Den Heuvel

Karen van den Heuvel is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Global Head of Rewards at Fugro since September 2017, Karen has previously held significant roles at Eastman Chemical Company, including C&B Manager EMEA and EMEA HR Integration Manager, overseeing compensation and benefits across 19 countries and managing HR integration post-acquisitions. Prior experience includes positions at Randstad Holding nv as Corporate HR Manager and Manager Employee Relations, as well as a consultancy role at Price Waterhouse. Karen's educational background includes a law degree from Erasmus University Rotterdam and secondary education at Libanon scholengemeenschap Rotterdam. Additionally, Karen contributed as a board member to Stichting internationaal onderwijs, promoting international education standards in the Netherlands.
