Debashish Roy

Debashish Roy has extensive experience in plant operations and business excellence in the manufacturing industry. Debashish currently holds the position of AVP at Fuji Silvertech Concrete Private Limited, overseeing operations at all FUJI India plants. Previously, Debashish worked at Honda Cars India Ltd for over 16 years, where Debashish served in various leadership roles such as Head of Transmission Assembly Plant and Head of Plastic Operations Plant. Debashish is a graduate of Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology with a Bachelor of Technology degree, and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS).
