Kati Shon

Kati Shon has held various roles in the biotechnology industry. Kati is currently the Director of Business Development at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Samsung Biologics, where they served as Director of Global Sales from May 2021 to April 2022, Lead Scientist of Validation from July 2020 to April 2021, and Manager/Senior Scientist of Validation from August 2017 to July 2020. Before Samsung Biologics, they worked as a Process Associate at Morphotek, Inc./Eisai from February 2016 to July 2017 and as a Clinical Scientist III at Oncobiologics Inc. from November 2015 to February 2016.

Kati Shon completed the Stanford LEAD Professional Certificate program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology, General from the University of Scranton.
