Leslie Gilbert

Leslie Gilbert, PHR, CPC, serves as the Regional Director of HR Business Partnering and Administration and Head of People & Culture at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since August 2022. With a career spanning over 15 years in human resources, Leslie has held various leadership roles including Associate Director and Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Humacyte, and HR Business Partner at Montrose Environmental Group, Inc. Previous experience includes positions at Veritas Collaborative, LLC, InServ Corp., UNILIN, Apex Tool Group, LLC, Gregory Poole Equipment Company, and ARAMARK. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University.
