Mamatha Devarapalli

Mamatha Devarapalli is a highly experienced scientist currently serving as Principal Scientist and Group Leader at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since October 2021, having previously held the role of Associate Principal Scientist - Group Leader. Prior experience includes working as Scientist-I at Indigo from April 2018 to February 2020 and as a Visiting Scientist in Fermentation and Industrial Post Doctorate at Dow AgroSciences from June 2014 to December 2017. Mamatha has a robust background in anaerobic fermentation processes, bioreactor design, and operation, gained through over four years as a Graduate Research Associate at Oklahoma State University, where a PhD in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering was earned. This academic accomplishment follows a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
