Michael Young

Michael Young is an experienced scientist with a strong background in biopharmaceuticals and analytical chemistry. Currently serving as Scientist 1 at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies since April 2021, Michael has previously held positions such as Lead Associate III at the same company, Associate Scientist at KBI Biopharma, and QC Analyst II at Advanced Bioscience Laboratories. Early career experience includes roles as Analytical Chemist at Cangene bioPharma, Jr. Chemist in the US Army, and Chemical Technician at Lexmark. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from McDaniel College, obtained in 2008.
