Stephanie Apodaca

Stephanie Apodaca currently serves as the Head of People & Culture at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, providing strategic direction and expertise in Human Resources since April 2024. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various HR leadership positions, including Human Resources Director at Fresenius Medical Care North America and Associate Director of Human Resources at Bio-Rad Laboratories. With extensive experience spanning several organizations, including Recology and Northrop Grumman Corporation, Stephanie has demonstrated proficiency in change management, organizational design, employee relations, and leadership development. Stephanie holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from Chapman University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources from San Jose State University.
