R&d Associate Director PMO at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific

James Le has had a diverse and extensive work experience in the biotech and medical innovation industries. James is currently serving as the R&D Associate Director PMO at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, where they lead a team of managers and oversees the development of disruptive medical applications, 3D bioprinting, and nanocell technologies. Prior to joining FUJIFILM, James worked as a Program Management Consultant at Medtronic Brain and Spine Therapies.

James also held positions at Edwards Lifesciences, where they served as a Technical Program Manager - PMO and led value analysis value engineering projects to achieve $2.2M in cost savings. Additionally, James worked at Danaher Corporation as a Quality Assurance Manager, managing operational sites and implementing quality management systems. James also served as the Operations Manager and Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) at the company.

Before that, James gained experience as a PHARMA Process Improvement Manager and OPEX Senior Principal Engineer 6σ Black Belt at Baxter International Inc., where they achieved significant cost savings and led problem-solving sessions to prevent FDA observation. James began their career as a Quality Engineer at Kimberly-Clark, where they focused on improving drug-delivery systems.

Throughout their career, James Le has demonstrated expertise in project management, quality assurance, and process improvement in the biotech and medical innovation sectors.

James Le's education history is as follows:

James Le is currently pursuing a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology, starting in 2022.

In 2021, they completed a Full-Stack Architect program at MIT xPRO.

Before that, they studied Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) until 2021.

In 2018, James Le attended the Harvard Law School for the Harvard Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program.

James also attended Cornell University in 2017 for a Project Leadership program.

James Le holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biochemistry from UCLA.

James obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Redlands.

Additionally, in 2013, they pursued Project Management studies at UCLA.

Before their university education, James Le obtained a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from Kaplan University in 2011.
