Ramiro Gisler

Ramiro Gisler has extensive work experience in the field of cell and gene therapy. Ramiro began their career as an Assistant Researcher at Lund University in 2003, where they worked until 2004. Ramiro then joined the Research Institute of Molecular Pathology as a Postdoc until 2006. After that, they returned to Lund University as a Postdoc, Assistant Researcher, and eventually a Research Associate until 2013. In 2013, they joined Xintela AB as a Senior Scientist and Project Leader until 2015. Since then, they have worked at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific, starting as a Technical Application Scientist for Cell Therapy in Europe until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Manager of Technical Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Marketing for Cell & Gene Therapy at FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific.

Ramiro Gisler completed their Master's degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at Lund University from 1994 to 1998. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the same university from 1999 to 2002.
