Aleksandra Krolak

Aleksandra (Ola) Krolak is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and human resources management. Currently serving as the Head of Recruitment for the Global Service Delivery Unit at Fujitsu Global, Krolak has held various senior roles including HR Director and HR Manager at the Global Delivery Center in Poland. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Consulting Manager and Project Manager at Infosys BPO, as well as Project Manager and Recruitment Consultant at IDES Consultants Polska. Early career roles involved serving as an HR Specialist at both Atlas and Ferroxcube. Krolak holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Lodz, completed between 1996 and 2001.
