Rachel Winograd

Rachel Winograd is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic growth, investment, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Growth & Investment at Fujitsu since November 2023, Rachel has previously held significant roles at Bain & Company, where responsibilities included management and consulting from September 2019 to August 2023. Prior to Bain, Rachel contributed to Mitsui & Co., Ltd. as the Manager of Marketing & Business Development, facilitating strategic acquisitions in the healthcare services sector. Additional experience includes working as a Business Development Representative at JETRO, promoting foreign direct investment for US-based healthcare companies, and a Fulbright Fellowship focused on the Japanese pop music industry. Rachel holds an MBA and a Master's in International Studies from The Wharton School and The Lauder Institute, respectively, and a Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language & Literature and Economics from Dartmouth College.
