Sumit Sabharwal

Sumit Sabharwal is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in transforming human resources operations across global organizations. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of HR Shared Services for Fujitsu's International Regions since September 2013, Sumit has successfully driven the HR Shared Services vertical, supporting over 40,000 employees while developing a sustainable global HR ecosystem. Previously, Sumit held key leadership roles within Fujitsu, including Vice President of HR for Global Delivery Centers, where oversight of a team of nearly 300 HR professionals catered to around 20,000 employees. Additional experience includes positions at Huawei and Dell, where Sumit focused on employee relations, training and development, and talent engagement initiatives. An MBA in HR and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, complements a strong educational background in computing.
