Erik Wozniak

IT Program Manager/RTE at Fulcrum

Erik Wozniak has over 20 years of experience in the fields of project and program management, emergency management operations, and resource planning. Erik began their career in 1999 as a Liaison Officer to FEMA HQ – Plans and Preparedness with the United States Coast Guard, where they developed and presented national-level response plans, disaster preparedness guidance, and training courses. Erik was later promoted to Chief of the Port Safety & Facility Compliance Branch and the Contingency Preparedness Branch, Marine Safety Office. In 2007, Erik joined the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a Senior Program Analyst. During their six-year tenure, they were responsible for the development and facilitation of a high-visibility emergency management operations and consequence management plan for FEMA Region IV. In 2015, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Planner (Program Manager/Sr. Project Manager). In 2017, Erik moved to InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) as a Product Delivery/Project Manager, where they managed the successful planning and execution of global projects. Most recently, in 2018, they joined Fulcrum Consulting as an IT Program Manager/RTE and a Sr. Project Manager at Delta Air Lines IT (Consultant).

Erik Wozniak holds a Master's Degree in Business from Regent University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the US Coast Guard Academy. Erik also has certifications in Program and Management Analysis from Graduate School USA, Transformational Leadership Coaching from Regent University, Change Management from the Association for Talent Development, and is a candidate for a PMP from the Project Management Institute.
