Sean McGrath

Sean McGrath has a diverse work experience in financial planning and analysis, business planning and analysis, sales strategy, executional excellence, commercial finance, and consulting. Sean is currently working as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Fulcrum Therapeutics. Prior to this, they were an Associate Director of Business Planning & Analysis at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals. Sean also held positions at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals as an Associate Director of Sales Strategy & Executional Excellence and as a Senior Manager of Commercial Finance. Before entering the pharmaceutical industry, Sean worked as a Senior Consultant at FTI Consulting. Sean began their career at PwC as a Senior Associate in Assurance, specializing in the Health Industries market. During their time at PwC, they gained experience in audit services, financial statement filing, and presenting results to senior management.

Sean McGrath completed their education at Providence College. Sean earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Accounting from 2005 to 2009, and later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from 2009 to 2011.
