Cs Darshana Sonawane

Darshana Sonawane has worked with various organizations in different capacities. CS Darshana started their career as a Management Trainee at BNY Mellon in July 2016 and worked there until November 2016. CS Darshana then joined KANJ & Associates, Company Secretaries as a Management Trainee from February 2017 to January 2018. Following that, they worked as a Senior Executive Company Secretary at Chordia group from May 2018 to April 2019. After that, they joined Wurth IT India Pvt Ltd as a Company Secretary in June 2019 and worked until July 2021. Currently, they are working as a Lead Legal at Fulcrum Digital Inc since July 2021.

CS Darshana Sonawane completed their education at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India from 2013-2017, earning a degree in Secretarial studies. Prior to that, they attended KCES'S S.S.MANIYAR LAW COLLEGE, JALGAON from 2011-2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws in Company law and labour laws.
