Your Responsibilities
We are seeking a Deployment Technician Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our company growth and teams by overseeing key responsibilities:
- Organize, build, and lead a team of technicians to execute subassembly and equipment deployment at customer site.
- Manage day-to-day execution of multiple deployment phases while working directly with cross functional teams and/or performing hands on technical execution when needed.
- Ensure that deployment schedule milestones are met and that products are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate directly with Engineering to develop and refine product assembly workflows and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials as required by the build schedule.
- Monitor deployment processes, identify potential improvements, and implement changes as necessary while focusing on overall deployment cycle reduction.
- Recommend design changes to Engineering as necessary to reduce cost, install time, and/or improve overall product performance.
- Foster customer partnerships through onsite collaboration and maintain the professional reputation of Fulfil throughout entire system installation process.
- Assist in development of overall site deployment schedule as new builds are launched.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership experience in a production manufacturing or engineering (tech) environment.
- BS Degree in Manufacturing Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
- Ability to travel for extended periods during build phase
- Ability to outline manufacturing process and assembly timelines and achieve schedule goals
- Track record of continued product/process improvement
- Experience with electrical/electronics in an industrial setting
- Mechanical/Electrical engineering experience
