Sohit Burnwal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Sohit started their career as a Business Development Executive at NEW edge communication pvt. ltd. in 2013, where they worked until 2015. In 2018, they joined CallHealth as an Enabler/Manager-Operations Business Development, where they managed 10 direct reporting team members and oversaw operations for medicine business at a country level. Sohit was also responsible for designing marketing campaigns and managing all verticals of business for the Delhi NCR region. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Program Manager at Max Super Specialit Hospital New Delhi, where they improved operations and patient experience through standardizing and structuring various processes. Sohit then moved on to CallHealth as a Service Product Manager, where they worked until 2020. In their role, they were responsible for managing service products and optimizing customer experience. Since 2020, they have been working at KFin Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Deputy Manager. Here, they have been involved in road map design and process mapping for mutual fund reserve and transfer agent services. Sohit has also executed change management requests and ensured compliance with SEBI guidelines. Most recently, in 2023, they joined Fulfillment IQ as a Marketing Project Manager.
Sohit Burnwal completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Disha Institute of Management and Technology in Raipur. This degree was earned from the years 2009 to 2013. Sohit then went on to pursue a PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) with a focus on Sales & Marketing from SRI BALAJI SOCIETY PUNE, which took place from 2016 to 2018.
In addition to their formal education, Sohit also obtained various certifications. In March 2023, they obtained certifications in Integrated Brand Marketing, Lean Six Sigma for a Sustainable Future, Learning HubSpot, and Project Management Skills for Leaders from LinkedIn. In May 2014, they completed a 90 Days Industrial Training in Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) from the National Skill Development Corporation.
