Lissa Bowen

Lissa Bowen is currently serving as the Chief People + Culture Officer at Full Course since January 2022. She is also the Executive Director for Full Course Foundation. Prior to this, she was the President at Transforming Talent LLC. Lissa has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, having worked in roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition at Southern Rock Restaurants and Head of Recruiting at Owners.com. Additionally, she has held positions at Fifth Group Restaurants, FOCUS Brands, The Home Depot, National Restaurant Association, and CentraArchy Restaurant Management Company. Lissa's educational background includes studies at the University of Kentucky.
