Allen Sarkisyan is the founder of Full Fill TV, a Web3 digital media distribution and video advertising technology company established in Los Angeles, CA since June 2017. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Leader and Principal Engineer for Cisco, where significant contributions were made to the Cisco Blockchain Node.js SDK and related technologies, as well as a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Digital Ventures, focusing on blockchain and Web3 solutions.
