Rommel Moldero is currently the Vice President for People & Culture at Full Potential Solutions. Prior to this role, Rommel held various leadership positions in talent acquisition and recruitment at companies such as TeleTech, White & Case LLP, IBEX | Global, Sitel, IBM Business Services, Inc., Sykes, and Aegis PeopleSupport Inc. Rommel holds a degree in BS Psychology from Ateneo de Naga University.
