Blair Miller

Blair Miller has an extensive work experience in product design and management. Starting in 2006, Blair worked as an Industrial Designer at Wilton Industries [Copco]. In 2008, they joined Ignite USA as an Industrial Designer, where they played a significant role in the development and successful launch of over 45 products. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Industrial Designer, and eventually became the Studio Manager, leading the design team NPD for Contigo® and AVEX® beverage-ware brand portfolios. During their time at Ignite USA, Blair helped drive significant growth and market share increase. In 2016, Blair joined Newell Brands as a Senior Manager of Industrial Design, where they managed a team and oversaw the design of the company's beverage-ware portfolio, including well-known brands such as Contigo®, Bubba®, Coleman®, and Rubbermaid®. Blair also played a role in standardizing the official Newell stage-gate Industrial Design and Engineering process. Finally, in 2018, Blair joined Full Swing Simulators as the Director of Product Design, where they facilitated product innovation sessions, led brand positioning exercises, and managed the mechanical design and engineering of a disruptive golf launch monitor product.

Blair Miller attended Purdue University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial and Product Design. They later pursued further education at Northwestern University from 2011 to 2013, earning a Master of Product Design and Development Management degree with a specialization in Product Development.
