Melissa Mitchell

Melissa Mitchell has extensive experience in customer service and hospitality, beginning with a role as Guest Services Specialist at Lighthouse Inn and progressing through various positions including Bartender at Ruby Tuesday, Server at Hillstone Restaurant Group, and Front Desk Lead at AC Hotels. Notable accomplishments include working as a Client Relations Manager at We Own South Beach Luxury Concierge, where Melissa developed partnerships and managed client experiences, and serving as an Independent Sales Director for Mary Kay, achieving top sales in the area. Most recently, Melissa worked as a Concierge at Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa, before becoming a full-time parent in May 2019. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Music Theatre from Shenandoah University.
