Kelsey Richmond currently works as an E-Commerce Associate Manager at FULLBEAUTY Brands, where Kelsey collaborates with various teams to enhance the customer experience and drive business initiatives. In their previous role as Head of Operations at USA STRONG, Kelsey successfully managed market strategies and campaigns for over 400 vendors. Prior to that, Kelsey served as a Service Experience Manager at Nordstrom, where Kelsey led various initiatives to increase sales, drive customer engagement, and promote diversity and inclusion. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Ecology: Merchandising from East Carolina University, Kelsey has demonstrated strong capabilities in sales, marketing, and e-commerce management throughout their career.
