David Lilley

David Lilley has extensive experience in construction and project management within the hospitality and retail sectors. Currently serving as Head of Estates at Fuller, Smith & Turner since March 2017, David is fully responsible for overseeing construction, strategic planning, and facility management for a portfolio of 400 pubs, hotels, and fine dining restaurants. Previous roles include Head of Construction & Development for wagamama, where David managed the rollout of new and refurbished restaurants in the UK and internationally, and Construction Manager for FatFace, overseeing store development in the UK and US. Consulting experience with KD Projects included key clients such as White Stuff, H&M, and BOXPARK, while earlier positions at H&M and COS involved responsibilities in store development and project management for new and refurbished locations.
