Stephanie T. has had a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Stephanie started their career as an Associate Personal Banker at Citi in 2003 and then moved on to work at the Singapore Business Federation as an Executive in the Global Business Division, specifically focusing on China and South Asia. Stephanie joined iFAST Corporation in 2006 as a Manager in Content & Communications, and later became a Client Investment Specialist in 2012. Stephanie then co-owned T-Barn Lifestyle in 2011 before transitioning to Aberdeen Asset Management as a Senior Writer in Marketing for Asia. Stephanie later joined Fullerton Fund Management where they held the position of Assistant Vice President in Marketing Communications and eventually became the Director of Marketing and Communications.

Stephanie T. graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in European Studies/Civilization from the National University of Singapore in 2003. Afterward, they attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, focusing on ESG and Impact Investing. In terms of additional certifications, Stephanie obtained "Applied Responsible Investment" from the Principles for Responsible Investment in May 2022, "Governing Sustainable Finance" from the Asian Development Bank Institute in June 2021, "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage in May 2021, "Getting Started in Responsible Investing" from the Principles for Responsible Investment in August 2020, and "Principles of Sustainable Finance" from Erasmus University Rotterdam in July 2020.
