Jeffrey Toh

Jeffrey Toh has a extensive work experience in the field of infrastructure and operations. Jeffrey has held various leadership roles in companies such as Fullerton Health Pte Ltd, International SOS, SITA, T-Systems Singapore Pte Ltd, ALLIANZ DRESDER INFORMATIONSSYSTEME GMBH, DRESDNER GLOBAL IT SERVICES GMBH, Dresdner Bank AG, UNITED OVERSEA BANK GROUP, DENETRON TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD, and ABACUS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS PTE LTD. Their roles have included head of infrastructure and operations, head of infrastructure for global IT operations, director of SITA Command Center, and head of service delivery management, among others. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for strategic direction, development, and daily operations of command centers, providing managed services and ensuring operational efficiency and high levels of customer satisfaction. Jeffrey has also demonstrated expertise in network communication, security, firewall, systems, messaging, voice, desktop engineering, service desk, and IT infrastructure.

Jeffrey Toh obtained a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of London from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering, with an elective in Telecommunication Engineering, at Singapore Polytechnic from 1985 to 1988.
