Maithreyi Srikanth

Maithreyi Srikanth is an experienced professional currently serving as General Manager and Head of Customer Service at both SMFG India Credit and Fullerton India Credit Company Ltd. since April 2014, overseeing inbound and outbound service operations as well as telesales for personal loans. Prior to these roles, Maithreyi held various positions at Standard Chartered Bank from January 2001 to April 2014, culminating in the role of Regional Head for Small Business in the West region, with a career that included significant experience in service, projects, and sales.
