Rachel Levett is the current Director of Coaching at FULLFILL. Rachel has previous experience as a Wholesale Account Executive at Accredited Home Lenders and as a CPht Pharmacy Services representative at Samaritan Health Services.
Rachel is known for their ability to develop and maintain relationships with their clients. Rachel is passionate about providing the best possible customer service and takes the time to educate their clients on the products and services they need. Rachel is also an expert in claims adjudication and prior authorization procedures, and has extensive experience in coordinating and leading the appeals process.
As a result of their dedication to their work and their commitment to providing excellent customer service, Rachel has become the “go-to” person for their department and is often called upon to assist other departments within the company. Rachel is also a skilled trainer, and has successfully trained two new department representatives.
Rachel Levett has a BS in Health Care Admin from the Brussels American School, a Bachelor's degree in Community Health Education from Southern New Hampshire University, and a Bachelor of Science - BS in Community Health and Preventive Medicine from Southern New Hampshire University. Rachel also has an Associate's degree in General Science from Chemeketa Community College. Rachel is certified by Precision Nutrition as a Precision Nutrition Level 1 coach, by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine as a Lifestyle Medicine Coach, and by the National Board for Health & Wellness Coaching as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC).
