Tanya Disalvo

Tanya DiSalvo is the CEO and Owner of Criterion Tool, a leading manufacturer in the NO FAILURE INDUSTRIES since February 1998, specializing in producing parts for various sectors such as medical devices, aerospace, photonics, and weapons firing. In addition, Tanya serves as a Performance Coach at Full Focus since March 2020, where assistance is provided to high-achieving leaders in achieving vision, alignment, and execution for extraordinary results. Tanya's earlier experience includes a role in Outside Sales at Babcox Publications from 1995 to 1998, where advertising sales were generated for multiple automotive aftermarket publications. Tanya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Bowling Green State University, earned in 1992.
