Ayaire Cantil-Voorhees has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ayaire began their career in 2004 as a Community Advisor and Teaching Assistant at the University of Alaska Southeast. They then worked as a Research Assistant and TRIO Mentor, assisting students with disabilities and researching scholarship opportunities.

In 2007, Ayaire became an Administrative Supervisor at the State of Alaska, Division of Corporations, Business, and Professional Licensing. They managed a team and completed the Department of Administration's Academy for Supervisors program.

Currently, Ayaire is the Data Director at iTutor.com Inc., starting in December 2021.
