Douglas Lise

Douglas Lise is a Senior Software Engineer at FullStack Labs. Douglas has over 17 years of experience in the software engineering field. Douglas has worked with various companies, including Globo, Wonder Sistemas, and Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - Campus de Erechim.

Douglas Lise started their career in software engineering in 2003 when they became a Game Developer at Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - Campus de Erechim. Douglas worked there for just over a year before moving on to Wonder Sistemas in 2004. Douglas spent 13 years at Wonder Sistemas, eventually becoming a Senior Software Engineer. In 2017, they left Wonder Sistemas to join Globo as a Senior Software Engineer.

Douglas Lise has worked on various projects during their career. At Globo, they were responsible for the design and development of software solutions for video ingesting, encoding and storage. Douglas also worked on web applications for content registration and distributed video encoding using an in-house task scheduler and Kubernetes. At Wonder Sistemas, they were responsible for the development of mobile applications for sales force, integrated to ERP, using Ruby. Douglas also participated in the development of central ERP modules and the creation / restructuring of some modules, including transport, grains, finance, and electronic invoice using Delphi. In addition, they created an internal ERP monitoring system and implemented version control using Git.

Throughout their career, Douglas Lise has gained extensive experience with Ruby on Rails, Docker, JavaScript, and Delphi. Douglas is currently a Senior Software Engineer at FullStack Labs.

Douglas Lise has a BS in Computer Science from Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões - URI. Douglas also has an English Intermediate certification from Wizard by Pearson and an Advanced English Language certification from Outstanding English. Douglas is also a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance.
