Gabrielle Sirner-Cohen is the SVP, People & Places at FullStory. Gabrielle has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and Diversity & Inclusion. Gabrielle started their career as a Program Associate at the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, where they reviewed grant proposals and evaluated program impact. Gabrielle then spent six years at Google, where they were the Chief of Staff and Diversity Communications Lead. In this role, they were responsible for Google's strategy to open a data-driven conversation around diversity and release its workforce demographics, which catalyzed 20+ tech companies to follow suit. After Google, Gabrielle spent two years as the VP, People Operations at Ionic Security, where they built the HR organization and designed the people strategy for the cyber-security company.

After completing their undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania, Gabrielle Sirner-Cohen attended NYU Stern School of Business, where they earned their MBA with a concentration in strategy and marketing.

They work with Michael Morrissey - CTO, Jim Miller - VP, Recruitment, and Darren Kennedy - VP, Customer Experience. Their manager is Scott Voigt, Founder & CEO.
