Shannon Paules is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience in deposit support and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Deposit Support Coordinator at Fulton Bank since November 2019, Shannon is responsible for transaction maintenance, research, and compliance processing, while also reviewing team outputs and updating departmental procedures.
