Stephanie Lavenberg's work experience includes several roles in the banking industry. Stephanie started their career in 1992 as a Staff Accountant at Crusader Savings Bank, where they managed daily settlement processes and completed regulatory reporting. From 1994 to 1998, they worked at Delaware Savings Bank, FSB, as an AVP - Accounting and Finance, overseeing various accounting operations and coordinating the bank's system conversion. In 1998, they joined Fulton Bank as the SVP-Special Projects Controller, and simultaneously took on the role of VP-Sr. Bank Acctg Manager at Fulton Financial Corporation. In these positions, they handled financial and regulatory accounting, managed bank acquisitions and mergers, and served as a liaison for accounting and finance functions.

Stephanie Lavenberg's education history includes a variety of degrees and certifications. In 1989-1992, they attended Hartwick College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Management with an Accounting Concentration. From 1999-2002, they pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Pennsylvania State University-Great Valley. In 2017, Stephanie completed a Certificate in Project Management from The Pennsylvania State University-Great Valley. Additionally, Stephanie has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including courses such as "Digital Body Language" and "How to Ask Productive Questions," which they obtained in February 2023.
