Dan Stolzer

Dan Stolzer is the Senior Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Fulton Financial. Dan has held this position since 2013. Prior to joining Fulton Financial, Mr. Stolzer served as Chief Counsel--Special Projects at PNC Financial Services from 2010 to 2013. Dan also served as Senior Vice President, Deputy General Counsel & Assistant Secretary at KeyCorp from 1992 to 2010.

Dan Stolzer has a LLM in Securities Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center, a JD in Law from Western New England University School of Law, and a BA in Economics from Bucknell University.
