Kim Willey

Kim Willey, SPHR has over 35 years of work experience in human resources. Kim started their career at Metro Information Services in 1986, where they worked in human resources until 1991. From there, they joined Chartway Federal Credit Union in 1994 and held various positions including HR Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Management Trainee until 2002. In 2002, Kim became the Human Resources Manager at Drucker & Falk, LLC and worked there until 2004. Currently, they are the SVP, Senior HR Business Partner at Fulton Financial Corporation, a position they have held since October 2004.

Kim Willey, SPHR completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management from the Strome College of Business. This degree was obtained from 1986 to 1990. Prior to their college education, Kim Willey attended Kempsville High School from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they obtained their SPHR Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in June 2013.
