Charles Gibson

Charles Gibson is an experienced professional in service operations and management, currently serving as General Manager of Funai Service & Business Operations at Funai Service Corporation since April 2016, with a focus on the Philips branded TV, Video, and XSCommerce product portfolio in the U.S. Prior to this role, Charles was Director of Service Operations at P&F USA, Inc. from January 2008 to March 2016, overseeing customer and vendor service agreements, reverse logistics, and managing multiple consumer care contact centers and repair depots across the U.S and Canada. Earlier experience includes a leadership position as Director of Reliability, Safety, and Service Engineering at Philips Consumer Electronics, where Charles managed quality improvement across seven production facilities. Charles holds a Master of Science in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Tennessee State University.
