Linda C. Foltis has been a Vice President at Ashland Inc. for 8 years and 1 month, where they managed business unit management of hair and home care with P&L accountability. Linda also directed global marketing and product management, in addition to leading global R&D applications. Furthermore, Ms. Foltis led strategy development, built short and long term stage-gate pipeline with a focus on 'natural and sustainable', and directed marketing plan execution to ensure speed to market of new product launches to maintain leadership position within hair care and build key focus in home care. Her tenure with Ashland ended February 29th 2020.

After the acquisition of ISP by Ashland, Ms. Foltis assumed responsibility for Global Care (Hair, Skin, Oral and Home) R&D Applications. Linda managed the global laboratories working closely with the regional GMs. Additionally, they directed the build of CARE center of excellence in Bridgewater and opened a center of excellence in Mumbai. Ms. Foltis also expanded the consumer science laboratories in all regions to capture the consumer 'experience' of Ashland's technologies and formulation prototypes to complement in vitro data. Lastly, they built a robust new technology pipeline expanding the capabilities of legacy technologies from ISP, Hercules and Aqualon.

Linda C. Foltis has a Master of Science from Seton Hall University in Chemistry with a minor in business administration, and a Bachelor of Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Chemistry.
