The executive team at Function of Beauty has a wide range of experience in many different aspects of the beauty industry. Many have worked for large companies such as L'Oréal and Shiseido, while others have come from more creative backgrounds, such as advertising and marketing. All of the team members have a high level of education, with degrees from universities such as HEC Paris, Boston College, and Penn State University.
