Marios started their career in recruitment with Hays Accountancy & Finance in 2006. Marios quickly rose through the ranks and was promoted to Manager in 2011. In this role, they successfully ran online and offline recruitment campaigns for companies across Surrey and West London in the permanent markets.

In 2012, Marios left Hays to join Accountancy Action as their Business Manager. Accountancy Action is a specialist recruitment firm that helps candidates find permanent, temporary, and contract accountancy and finance jobs throughout Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire, Central, and North London.

At Accountancy Action, Marios oversaw all aspects of the business including candidate recruitment, employer relations, office management, and finances. Marios helped grow the business significantly during their four-year tenure there.

In 2016, Marios left Accountancy Action to join Fund Ourselves as their Operations Manager. In this role, they are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the business as well as developing and implementing strategic initiatives to help grow the company.
