Ana Rijo da Silva has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Ana began their career at the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation in 1999, where they worked as a senior human resources consultant until 2002. Ana then served as the deputy head of human resources from 2002 to 2003, before being promoted to the role of head of human resources, a position they held until the present. Additionally, Ana has worked as the director of RHmagazine/inforh.pt (IIRH-Instituto de Informação em Recursos humanos) from 1999 to 2013. Ana has also held various teaching positions at CATÓLICA-LISBON | Executive Education and Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Ana's knowledge and expertise in human resources make their a valuable asset in any organization.
Ana Rijo da Silva completed their education at the Católica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Ana earned a Master's degree in Economics from 1978 to 1983. Later, from 1981 to 1984, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, from 1985 to 1986, they engaged in Postgraduate Studies in Actuarial Science at the same institution.
